As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for contacting leaders and executives in organizations of all sizes across many different verticals. Your focus is helping leaders gain insights around their market and customers which allows them to make quicker and better data-driven decisions.

  • You identify key decision makers and/or key influencers within an organization across many different departments.

  • You have experience working within LinkedIn, and some experience with Salesforce
  • You articulate to prospects how our tools can help their organizations get to the next level with real-time data.

A Day in the Life

  • You make 50+ cold calls and send 50+ personalized emails per day. In addition, you find and add 15+ new contacts into your call cadence.
  • You work with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.
  • You attend 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, demos, etc. to develop your skills.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions across multiple product lines to secure initial meetings with prospects
  • Discover, navigate and document an organization's marketing research landscape and transfer to Account Executive team in a consistent, uniform fashion.
  • Maintain all activity information in

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience of cold calling and hunting into new accounts/businesses
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the software technology industry
  • Experience using LinkedIn and some experience with Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, written and analytical skills
  • Hungry and motivated to grow, learn and work your way up through a sales organization
  • You compete with yourself, your co-workers, and other teams.
  • You’re self disciplined, accountable, and reliable.
  • Successful in finding and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing business, cold calling and hunting for business
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and adjust work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
  • Strong phone and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of a plus.
  • Desire to progress to sales position (Account Executive)
  • Exceptional interpersonal ability
  • Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and interact with CxOs and company leadership
  • Bachelors Degree (or within 6 months of graduating)
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Some technical background or education
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Competitive personality, but not at the expense of teammates’ success
