Looking for a full-time event coordinator for a fast paced company that is opening Two new Venues in the Deep Ellum district of Dallas, TX. Duties include planning, developing, and executing private and corporate events; expanding clientele through local marketing strategies; and general office duties. Will be required to negotiate contracts with clients, plan layouts of events, detail catering menus, determine audio and visual needs, set up furniture and décor, communicate with venue management and staff, manage event flow, process deposits and payments, maintain relationships with existing clients, and produce relationships with new clients. Responsible for events from concept to break down.  Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills. Outgoing personality and ability to stay calm under pressure are also required.
