Irving-based Kriya RevGEN continues New York expansion with large hotel portfolio partnership
Kriya RevGEN, a hotel revenue management software and service company based in Irving, TX, recently expanded its client base within New York City by providing revenue management reporting software as well as full-service revenue management for Apple Core Hotels’ portfolio of independent hotels located in Manhattan. Apple Core Hotels’ portfolio of independent properties includes The Hotel at Times Square, The Hotel at Fifth Avenue, The Broadway at Times Square Hotel, and The Hotel at New York City.
Founded in 2013 by an ex-big brand revenue manager and two hotel owners, Kriya RevGEN will provide their cloud-based technology, Spider by Kriya RevGEN, a propriety platform powered by AWS, which provides cross-brand reservation-level historical and forward-looking hotel data, automated forecasting, and rate recommendations. Kriya RevGEN will also provide full-service remote revenue management support in conjunction with their software for Apple Core at all of their properties.

This is not Kriya RevGEN’s first entry into NYC. Earlier this year, Kriya RevGEN also began providing revenue management software and service for a luxury boutique hotel located near Lincoln Center on the Upper West Side, as well as providing reporting and website development for an independent hotel in Brooklyn.
