Top Florida loyalty marketing firm expands operations into Dallas
Kobie, a Florida-based, global leader in customer loyalty marketing solutions and reward program technology and services, announced today the opening of a new office and contact center in Dallas. Kobie is one of the largest marketing firms in the Tampa Bay area.
The Dallas location will be staffed with 35 employees who provide support to Kobie clients’ loyalty program members. Since opening in June, the agents have handled more than 30,000 customer interactions for Kobie clients.
“It’s important that we get closer to our client’s best customers so that we can deliver integrated, personalized experiences for them, and listen to their needs. To execute on our customer-centric growth strategy and deliver on our commitment to our clients, we knew we needed to expand our customer service operations,” said Bram Hechtkopf, CEO of Kobie. “The opening of the second contact center location allows us to continue building out our core capabilities while delivering seamless, high-touch customer experiences for our clients.”
Kobie, who was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list, made the decision to bring all call center operations in-house in late 2015 and opened its first contact center in 2016, growing its St. Petersburg footprint by 10,000 square feet and adding over 130 team members. Kobie will add 30 more teammates at the new Dallas location by end of year as it plans to expand the scope of its services and the number of clients served there. Mike Granberry, contact center director, will be the operational leader for the Dallas Center. Kobie also plans to add staff in Dallas for other parts of its technology and professional services operation.
The company – which has grown 164 percent in revenue over the past three years – last year increased its team by almost 25 percent in St. Petersburg alone and now counts approximately 450 team members.
