Rank One Sport, a Dallas-based software company and leader in sports team management applications for K-12 athletic directors, certified athletic trainers (ATCs) and coaches, has announced the launch of Rank One Health, an app designed to help standardize student-athlete injury documentation nationwide.
The app establishes a robust communications system between ATCs, team physicians, health care providers and school administrators, which ultimately helps reduce risk for schools. Better Care, Fast
Rank One Sport identified the need for a mobile application to ensure the medical services student-athletes require for more efficient care are available in more places. The app’s injury documentation software was developed based on nationally recognized standards, as well as injury evaluation methodology, including a virtual health component, used and recommended by the Children’s Health Andrews Institute.

“We have seen first-hand the growth in our industry, and the expansion of the role of the athletic trainer within the school administrative leadership. These are some of the hardest working people in education, and too often their hard work goes unnoticed. We hope Rank One Health and the improved, FERPA compliant Rank One Sport will help athletic trainers, in Texas and nationwide, get the support they deserve” says Jason McKay, chairman and chief executive officer of AllPlayers Network, Inc., the parent company of Rank One Sport and Rank One Health.
