In Focus Brands merges with Dallas-based company, providing resources to NTX businesses

In Focus Brands announced a merger with Dallas-based firm BM5 Consulting and L Martin Management, hoping to expand resources for startups to the Dallas area.

“I’ve seen hundreds of companies approach business development with poor and outdated strategies, causing stagnant growth and uninspired employees,” said Brent Martin, interim COO of In Focus Brands and a consultant for BM5 Consulting and L Martin Management. “After working with Bob Manasier and In Focus Brands’ team, it was a no-brainer to join forces and bring their dynamic growth solutions to the metroplex. I want to give startups and established companies better options moving forward to move the needle with branding, marketing solutions, and strategic alignments.”

Martin first worked with In Focus Brands as an advisor for the company’s clients. With both companies sharing an emphasis on accelerated growth by targeting weaknesses, a merge seemed natural, and initial negotiations began.

With the merge, In Focus Brands intends to open its third operational office in the Dallas area, which Martin serves as the point of contact. The In Focus Brands team and Martin recognized the growth in Dallas’ entrepreneur network as well as a need for integrated resources for this network, which made the Dallas market an ideal location to expand.

“We focus on strategy, execution and funding,” said Martin. “We execute. We are data driven. We don’t focus on emotions. We are global. We work internationally, and we’ve seen everything and done everything. We have a film crew in house. We have a full content creation. We are a fully established firm.”

BM5 Consulting, founded in 2012, and L Martin Management is a business management firm and private investment group that focuses on developing brands.

In Focus Brands is a New York-based business that provides services to scale businesses through business development and internal and external brand development with in-house content creation resources. In Focus Brands has launched 130 companies with a 68 percent success rate with startups after five years. In Focus Brands also hosts startups weekends, grown 57 accelerators and incubators and host educational events.
