Super Bowl LII – Meet some of DFW’s innovative sports startups

Today is the day when the world recognizes the best of the best in football, but we would be remiss if we didn’t talk about technology too.

The NFL hosted its third annual “1st and Future” startup pitch competition which highlighted startups “developing products to improve athletes’ safety and performance”. Startups from around the country competed for a $50,000 grand prize and two game tickets. Check out the winners here.

In honor of the Big Game, we thought it was the perfect time to shine a light on two local startups making waves for their tech-driven contributions to the sports industry.
