Welcome Our Newest Tribe Member – Caitlin Studley!

We are thrilled to welcome Caitlin Studley to the Launch Team as our inaugural Director of Ecosystems!
Although a born & raised Rhode Islander, Caitlin has lived and worked in Dallas for the last five years. A proud English major, she began her career in insurance and later moved into tech staffing developers at companies around DFW. This inspired her transition into Campus Director at The Iron Yard, where she helped people change careers into web development. She now works as the Director of Culture & Recruitment Experience for Lifeblue Media, a local web design & development firm. Outside of that role, Caitlin works closely with the startup community, including as host of the downtown Dallas Open Coffee Club and of course, our new Director of Ecosystems.
In her free time you can find her volunteering on the 91.7 KXT street team, or on her bike exploring new food & events around downtown Dallas.
Caitlin will lead Launch’s community engagement efforts. And as the ultimate connector, she’ll also assist in ensuring that Launch is authentically sharing the diverse, dynamic stories that reflect the place that we call home.
SPECIAL INVITE: Join Caitlin on October 11th for Iron Yard’s Demo Day & Farewell Party! Students will give first-hand demonstrations of their projects. Witness the culmination of 12 weeks of intensive training at The Iron Yard. Grab a beer or two and toast the lasting impact this incredible organization has made in Dallas. RSVP here.
