Enlighten Us…But Make It Quick: #IgniteDFW7

20 slides. 5 minutes. One unforgettable night.

About seven years ago, I nervously graced the Granada Theater stage as I prepared to present at the very first Ignite Dallas. I would have never guessed that a talk about Ike and Tina Turner would have led to so many new opportunities and acquaintances, but even after all of these years later, I am still eternally grateful for the tribe that is Ignite.

Everyone Speaks

Formed by two friends from Seattle over a decade ago, Ignite is a fast-paced geek event that has become a global phenomenon, with Ignite events produced in Helsinki, Tunisia, Paris, New York City and over 350 other locations in between, including our very own Big D.

Presenters get 20 slides, which automatically advance every 15 seconds. The result is a fast and fun presentation which lasts just 5 minutes. Talks range from informative, funny, thought-provoking and even the kind that produce a tear or two. But that roller coaster of emotions and ideas is what makes Ignite so damn special.

Tonight, another group of tribe members will make magic happen when they take the stage at Ignite DFW 7! These influencers, educators, inventors, thought leaders and passionate advocates will inspire you to think, feel and do. In no particular order, meet the presenters:
