LaunchPad City lands in Frisco, offering a new and exciting accelerator and incubation center

LaunchPad City is a new kind of accelerator and incubation center that has just launched in Frisco, and is focused on sports and e-sports.  Led by Brian Dick, a past Frisco Entrepreneur of the Year, LaunchPad City looks to leverage the sports technology resources available in Frisco by supporting sports-related innovation and development.

Like typical accelerators and incubators LaunchPad City offers flex desks, dedicated desks, and private offices as well as event or training spaces, fully furnished spaces, private mailboxes, flexible membership terms, online booking, high-speed WiFi, and a copy and print center.  The amenities offered help to create a convenient and productive work space, allowing collaboration, creation, and growth to occur unhindered.

The Coworking Center offered by LaunchPad City brings together entrepreneurs, corporations, the community, and investors all into one spot, allowing for access to incredible innovative opportunities and the capability to connect with entrepreneurs to solve various business needs.  The community has a place where they can learn about entrepreneurship, perhaps encouraging the next generation of entrepreneurs while investors are provided a hub where they can connect with entrepreneurs and learn about new ideas and opportunities for investment.

With a focus on sharing knowledge, wisdom and experiences, LaunchPad City created the School, a place where formal and informal training, round table discussions, play-and-learn competitions, and hack-a-thons can all take place in state of the art, LEED certified facilities.  Encouraging the cultivation of leadership, employment, and the development of emerging technologies there is an environment dedicated towards growth and learning.

The coworking space has been designed to offer entrepreneurs every resource imaginable to help them succeed in their startup ventures.  LaunchPad City’s Construction Site is the place where dreamers become doers with the creation of a business plan, corporate and brand identity, business services, and sales and marketing strategies; all important elements of the business but which an entrepreneur may not be familiar with.

Then there is the Playground, where art and science play and where concepts become prototypes and where test-and-learn is encouraged and supported.  Knowledge sharing, corporate connections, advisors and mentors, and the latest in technology is all available here with innovation limited to what the mind can create, there is incredible opportunity.
