#BigDNT February: Praulia

Jen Voecks opens her stunning Dallas New Tech talk with a story about a bride’s struggle to plan her wedding. She highlights three main problems with wedding planning from cost to vendor reliability and states that wedding planning shouldn’t ruin a bride’s important day.

“The wedding sphere is outdated, and consumers are ready for a change,” Voecks says.

Praulia, founded by Voecks, is a software matching system that connects brides with vendors based on style, budget, and availability.

Praulia promises reliable services by vetting their vendors before adding them to Praulia’s network. If a vendor breaks the reliability clause twice, the vendor is removed from the system. The program offers several different membership options and works with users to create the perfect wedding experience.

“It’s time to provide an affordable, stress-free, and simple wedding planning experience,” Voecks continues.

She adds that vendors also benefit from Praulia by providing leads and acting as the matchmaker for vendor and bride. To learn more about Praulia, check out the Dallas New Tech talk, or join Praulia service.
