Swych presented their latest innovations at FinovateFall

Recently, Swych announced in a press release that they will be presenting their popular mobile app, and a sneak peek of their new GiftBot platform at FinovateFall 2016 in September. Swych was co-founded by entrepreneurs Deepak Jain, and Robert Sabella. They presented Swych’s mobile gifting technology on Thursday, September 8th. The two-day showcase included the latest innovations from companies and startups alike. These included IBM, nanoPay, and MarketX, to name just a few. The event was attended by financial institutions, fintech companies, investors, and press and industry analysts.

Greg Palmer, Senior Director of Finovate said, “Swych is redefining the way people send and receive gift cards…this is exactly the kind of game-changing technologies that make Finovate a must-see event for the Fintech industry.”

Swych is a Plano-based company with offices in San Francisco. They created a revolutionary digital gift card platform that enables connected users to experience digital gifting. Consumers can choose from over 90 companies to instantly send and receive e-gift cards that can be redeemed or “swyched” for any brand.

The new Swych GiftBot platform enables gifting through conversational companies like Facebook, Skype, Siri, and Amazon. For businesses and enterprises, the GiftBot platform works seemlessly with mobile devices, where a majority of consumer interactions are taking place. This has the potential of making mobile gift exchanges as the preferred method for gifting and incentives in the future.

Deepak Jain, Swych CEO & Co-Founder explained, “We launched Swych earlier this year with a mission of modernizing digital gifting and incentives with the latest technology in security, connectivity and data science. We have had fantastic reception since our launch. We are giving our vision a further boost by showcasing the application of artificial intelligence and conversational commerce in digital gifting and incentives.”

“Often times we find the right moment for a gift within a conversation with friends or family,” said Swych Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer, Robert Sabella. “With Swych you will able to celebrate that moment by dropping a gift instantly into the conversation at that exact moment, without leaving the conversation.”
