10 Mar Touch Titan Creates Voice- and Arduino-Controlled Tesla P90D, Highlighting Advanced Capabilities
Touch Titans is a Dallas-based mobile UX, design and development firm that works with industry leaders from AT&T and CNN to National Geographic and Red Bull. A fun weekend project by Touch Titans was to create a voice- and Arduino-controlled Tesla P90D, which successfully unlocks the door, opens the sunroof, and through voice control the charging door.
The successful weekend project to create the voice- and Arduino-controlled Tesla was not the team’s first experience with Tesla. Touch Titans has uploaded a series of videos in its Tesla P90D, including the Dallas Startups Pitch Edition that features local startups and the chance to pitch Kirk Ballou, and the Denton Supercharger Edition, featuring Chris Watts, the mayor of Denton, and the autopilot capabilities of this stunning technologically advanced vehicle.
IoT offers a lot of opportunity for connecting vehicles to electronics devices like the notebook computer and controller. IoT also falls directly into the realm of the core belief of Touch Titans, to execute greatness flawlessly by using tomorrow’s technologies, today. The robotics used to create the ability to voice- and Arduino-controlled Tesla showcase the advanced capabilities of Touch Titans when compared to other developers and their utilization of similar technology.
Touch Titans also gives back to the startup community that has supported them. Offering products and services to startups to help cultivate successful rollouts and expansions is a specialty, and the experience with large brands like MTV translates to a better experience for the startup as well. A sponsor of Dallas Startup Week, coming April 12-16, 2016; Touch Titans seeks to encourage innovation and draw in customers looking to reshape their industry through custom-designed platforms and apps.
