Startup Profile: VenueCenter helps you find the perfect spot for your event

A new year means new events and whether you’re a “Type A” planner who leaves no room for error or you’re more prone to go with the flow, you want to make sure that everything goes well in the end. Finding a venue that suits your needs while managing other event logistics such as photography and catering is enough to keep you busy and maybe even up at night.

The team behind VenueCenter has come together to make throwing an event much easier by allowing you to search for the perfect venue and additional event resources all from one platform. To ensure that venues get the proper traffic, profiles contain over 30 filters along with detailed description information, so the customer gets exactly what they need—which is something VenueCenter founder and president, Bennie King, could have used when he was planning his own wedding.

Even though King was aware of what he wanted, he had to spend a lot of time of sorting the potential options, since there was no one place to go and get all the information for multiple venues to make an informed decision. After that experience, VenueCenter was created to be a “free, one-stop resource for customers to find their perfect venue quickly and conveniently, so they can focus on creating lasting memories.”

Right now, VenueCenter lists venues for Dallas, Houston and Austin, with plans to cover the entire Southern United States. For more information about VenueCenter, or to sign up as a customer or venue manager, visit their website here.
