Health Wildcatters to host Mock Term Sheet Negotiation

Term sheets can have lasting and serious effects on any startup. Startup founders are often blinded by the possibility of funding and don’t fully understand how much of their company they are giving away, in terms of both equity and control. This is why Health Wildcatters is hosting a live mock Series A term sheet negotiation. This event will be moderated by Ryan Roberts with Roberts Foster LLP., Matt Himelfarb with Dallas Venture Partners will participate as the VC, and Graham Randall with Noninvasix will participate as the startup founder.
The mock negotiation will take place on Friday, October 30 at 10 a.m. at the Health Wildcatters’ Headquarters.
The purpose of the mock negotiation is to demystify the term sheet process by providing a lifelike example of how these things actually go down. This will not only give startup founders quasi experience in such negotiations but also help demonstrate both the art and science of a Series A term sheet negotiation, as witnessed from both the startup founder and investor perspective.
This event is open to the startup community, but seating is limited. Be sure to RSVP today!
