Level Office Buys Katy Building, Launches Coworking & Private Office Space

Chicago-based Level Office recently purchased the historic Katy Building in Dallas’ West End and will host the grand opening for its first Dallas (and second Texas) location on Thursday.

Level Office is the latest entrant into an ever-crowding market of turn-key office and coworking space geared towards small businesses and entrepreneurs.

“Downtown Dallas is a fantastic place to be an entrepreneur right now, and we want to support those small business owners with budgetfriendly, flexible workspace,” said Bill Bennett, Level Office’s founder.

Features of the 56,700 square foot building, located at 701 Commerce Street, include a combination of private offices and lounge areas, an espresso bar, fiber internet, local beer on tap, and onsite administrative support. Pricing starts as low as $349 a month for offices and $199 a month for coworking desks.

The grand opening event will be held Thursday, June 18th from 11am – 2pm and you can RSVP at http://leveldallasgrandopening.splashthat.com
