Glass Media partners with Mixed Media Creations to provide solutions for multi-family housing properties

Glass-Media, Inc. and Mixed Media Creations announced their strategic partnership yesterday in a public release.

The two Dallas-based businesses have aligned to deliver multi-family housing properties tools for marketing their communities with the Glass-Media solution: cloud-based, on-demand, in-store and storefront projection-based marketing.

“Through this partnership Mixed Media’s multi-family clients will be able to showcase their properties to potential residents 24-7 creating an always-open leasing environment,” said Daniel Black, founder and CEO of Glass-Media.

The demand for multi-family housing is on the rise this year, and Dallas is in the top ten new construction markets nationwide, according to MultiFamily Executive Magazine.
