The Grove and LatinaXchange Celebrate Women and Entrepreneurship throughout the month of March

Celebrate International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month at the Grove, starting in March.

The Grove will be “leading local efforts this year to highlight social change driven women entrepreneurs within the North Texas region,” according to a recent release.

The West End coworking space is partnering with LatinaXchange to host a series of events, including training, networking and discussion panels occurring throughout the month of March. Free coworking will be available every Friday in March for women, as part of The Grove’s social mission.

“The programming is aimed at supporting and showcasing the power of women with businesses who have social impact.”

Part of the festivities include a happy hour celebrating International Women’s Day.

Lydia Varela, founder of LatinaXchange, is especially excited about connecting the community during International Women’s Day.

“The LatinaXchange vision is about plugging into the local ecosystem and connecting Latinas to resources and people to grow that community. This is a such a great opportunity to celebrate the diversity of women in Dallas,” she said.

More information on the free coworking opportunities and other events are on the Grove’s Meetup page.
