Aristos Ventures invests in Austin-based startup, JamKazam

Dallas-based micro-venture fund, Aristos Ventures, announced their investment in JamKazam late last week.

Aristos Ventures invests in highly capital-efficient tech companies in Texas in need of early capital.

JamKazam is headquartered in Austin, and has developed a live music platform and social network for musicians. The platform enables musicians to play music together in real time from different locations over the Internet. The service is currently available to musicians and music fans as a free public beta, and launched their Kickstarter campaign today.

Aristos Ventures focuses on information technology related sectors, including mobile enrichment, Web-based applications/information services, security, and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS/cloud infrastructure. JamKazam is the fourth investment made from the debut fund.
