LAUNCH DFW Interview with Disrupt Radio

In case you missed it, LAUNCH DFW founder, Bradley Joyce, had the chance to chat with Cynthia Nevels at Disrupt Radio yesterday.

Cynthia met Bradley at an event at (where else?) 211 North Ervay, where LAUNCH DFW is now officially located (and where we had last night’s amazing Dallas New Tech event!).

She brought Bradley on the show to answer the question “What’s going on with the startup culture in Dallas?”

Especially in the last year, North Texas has seen a ton of growth and momentum, being named one of the top cities for tech jobs and the best city to start a company in, according to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

“This makes me very excited…we need that here in Dallas!” Cynthia said. Having lived in Silicon Valley, she was used to the flurry of activity around startups.

One of the key factors in this kind of growth is connecting with the community, which is why Bradley started LAUNCH DFW in 2010 — to keep the startups and entrepreneurs in the area up to date on events and resources available to them.
