First National Summit on Angel Investing to Be Held in Dallas

Startup Angels is partnering with UP Global, 500 Startups, and the Dallas Entrepreneur Center for the “first national conversation on startup investing, its impact on innovation, and ways to unleash the potential of millions of new investors” this November.

According to the press release, “the goals of the conference are to clearly frame the startup investing landscape, to facilitate conversation among community and industry leaders, and ultimately to enable and inspire more investors to fuel greater innovation in their communities.”

The event will be on November 12-13, and you can request an invite here.

We’re excited to see that the Dallas startup community has been recognized (again!) for our progress and the opportunities that we’re creating in our ecosystem.

The explosive growth in our startup community coupled with an increase in angel investments makes North Texas the perfect location to host the conference,” said Trey Bowles, founder of the DEC. “We appreciate Startup Angel’s focus on investor education and bringing more angels into the startup community. We believe this will create unbelievable opportunities for both investors and entrepreneurs.”
