TeamSupport Lands $1.25M for B2B Support Platform
Dallas-based TeamSupport announced today that they’ve closed $1.25 million in additional financing from investors in Dallas, New York, Atlanta and Toronto.
The company provides customer support software to companies such as AT&T, Comcast, the NBA and more.
TeamSupport was founded in 2008 and has been growing organically at a nice clip, but this funding round will allow them to accelerate that growth more rapidly.
The space is somewhat crowded, and even ZenDesk recently went through a $100M IPO, but TeamSupport has carved out a solid niche by focusing on B2B and technology companies.

DALLAS (June 9, 2014)— TeamSupport, the creator of award-winning customer support software for B2B technology companies, announced today that is has raised $1.25 million in funding led by leading technology investors from Dallas, New York, Atlanta and Toronto.
