Camintel to Pitch In ‘Tap the Future’ Semifinals

Miller Lite’s ‘Tap The Future‘ is a business competition offering up to 250 thousand dollars for the grand prize winner and a chance to pitch live to a team of business magnates. One of these judges includes ABC Sharktank‘s Daymond John.

The competition is in its semifinal round. Five of the 25 semifinalists will pitch at the City Performing Hall on October 30th. The winner of the Dallas pitches will receive 20 thousand dollars and advance to the National Finals for a chance to win the 250 thousand.

Included in these 5 semifinalists is Camintel, based out of Richardson. The remaining contestants are other businesses in the Texas to Midwest region.

Camintel is a near field communications start-up specializing in mobile interactive marketing.

The competition also provides exposure by allowing fans to vote for their favorite pitches. The top five businesses to gain the most votes will win an additional 10K.
