CoLAB Sets the Bar for Co-working Space in Fort Worth

Launching July 2013, office space becomes available to entrepreneurial masses in Ft. Worth.

Collaborative office space is no new concept to Dallas as several programs and locations have popped up through the city since the beginning of this year alone. With the help of cofounders Blake Panzino and his wife, Meggan, Fort Worth is taking a step to serving its vast entrepreneurial community in this same way.

Renovated from what was previously an auto body shop, CoLAB offers a unique floor plan with a variety of workspaces, including an open courtyard with wifi access. The design is intended to cater to start ups of all ages, from offering a simple desk space in the co-working lab to private suites.

Monthly and yearly memberships are currently up for grabs through application. Day passes are also available for just twenty dollars.

In addition to providing workspace, loan officers are also available full time for any financial advisory to all participating startups. Applicants are also reviewed to ensure a good fit within the CoLAB ecosystem with the intention for residents to utilize each others’ skill sets and expertise. An incubator program is to be set in place as CoLAB settles into establishment.

Renovations are nearly complete with a launch date in mind for mid-July. For more information, visit
