Raises $3M in Debt Financing

Dallas-based, which allows customers to create and send customizable plastic and e-giftcards, just announced it has raised $3M of debt financing from Cypress Growth Capital. It’s the company’s third round of funding.

Cypress provides what is called royalty financing, where they provide growth capital in exchange for a fixed percentage of the company’s future revenue. will use the money to expand marketing efforts and continue to grow revenues, which are rumored to be north of $20M.

This is Cypress’ sixth investment from its current fund, launched in early 2011.
