Image Vision Labs Raises $3.7MM Series B

According to documents recently filed with the SEC, the Anna (far-north Dallas) based company has closed $3,769,000 of a $5MM+ offering.

Image Vision Labs provides technology to identify and moderate questionable content across a variety of platforms. According to their website, their “EyeGuardian suite handles a full array of content moderation and compliance solutions across Internet and mobile environments that minimize risk in use of inappropriate content such as pornography or sexting, violations of acceptable usage policies, and infringement of government regulations.”

We profiled the company here back in June of 2010, and again in March of last year after they received some international recognition for their product.

The company, which was a part of Tech Wildcatters inaugural class, is rumored to have some pretty big customers, including Photobucket and Apple amongst others.
