Companies need to recruit top talent in order to stay competitive, and they need to do it in a way that doesn’t disrupt their core business or drain their wallet.
On campus recruiting is a great way to meet and hire talented individuals that can add immensely to any organization. However, developing a recruiting program presents many challenges: traveling to campuses is costly and time consuming; there is no guarantee of success, and connecting with candidates outside of your geographic region is challenging or impossible. CollegeJobConnect modernizes undergraduate recruiting, making it faster, easier and less costly than the traditional on-campus approach.

Yes. We are part of the Tech Wildcatters introductory class (TWC S10).
What are your startup’s goals for this year?
CollegeJobConnect enables companies to easily and inexpensively recruit from the Ivy League and other Top Tier schools.
We are seeking to offer Dallas-based businesses a conduit into these untapped resources. We believe that Dallas and its economy should be the destination for today’s young talent, and we seek to drive this vision forward. By leveraging our service, companies are promoting the North Texas community, while simultaneously building a competitive advantage and increasing their professional footprint.
